Services Provided

• I am currently accepting new clients.

• I provide telehealth individual therapy services for adults 25 +.

• I do not provide therapy for children, adolescents, or families.

I primarily work from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and relational therapeutic approach with emphasis on family of origin, personal beliefs, view of self, stress and trauma. I may use applicably appropriate interventions such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, EMDR, psycho-education, and CBT to meet the unique needs of each client. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), in the state of Virginia, #0701040003.

• Initial telephone consultation: Free initial 20-minute telephone consult.

• Individual therapy session: Fee for individual therapy is $200 per clinical hour (50 minute session).
