How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a call—we’ll discuss what you would like to focus on and if we would be a good fit together.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. I can provide you with a statement of services to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider understand your out-of-network benefits.

What can I expect in my first session?

The first session is a chance for us to connect and for you to share what's going on in your own words. We'll discuss your goals, answer any questions you have about the process, and start to get a sense of how I can best support you.

How does telehealth work?

Before each of our telehealth sessions, you will receive a secure, HIPAA-compliant link to join. To help you get the most out of our time together, I highly encourage you to find a private, quiet space where you can speak freely and comfortably without any distractions.

How often will we meet?

Typically, we will meet once a week when we first begin our work together. Through your journey, we can transition to biweekly or monthly check-ins, adjusting our schedule whenever your needs change.
